2. E-mailing Elected
Officials: If
you wish to e-mail a member of the City Council,
you can access the e-mail form for each Council Member
on the Mayor
and City Council page. To contact
all City Council Members, select Mayor and City Council
link below.
3. Staff: If you already know the name of the staff person
that you wish to e-mail or phone, please refer to the City
Staff Directory to gain access to that staff person's email form and
phone number.
4. Departments & Divisions: If you do not have a specific
staff person's name, but wish to contact a specific department/division, select from
the list of departments/divisions below. Each link will send you to the department's/division's ACCESS HAYWARD Contact/Service Page. Click on ther "SUBMIT REQUEST" button, fill-in as much information as you can and this will refer your Compliment, Question, Problem or Complaint to a specific staff person for
a response back to you via e-mail.
5. If
you wish to telephone City Hall, but do not know the
phone number of a specific department or staff person, please call the

number and will be transfered.
